Terms and Conditions

All artwork and images on the website are copyright and the sole property of the artist. For returns, they are accepted within 30 days (postmarked) of receipt. However, shipping costs must be covered by the customer and the artwork must be in its original condition. Commission work is available, but must be negotiated. Villanueva Studio does not cover the cost of any duty incurred in the customer's home country.
